I am a PhD candidate at Department of Automation, Tsinghua University. I am advised by Prof. Xuegong Zhang .
My studies focus in machine learning as well as its application in single-cell omics, particularly finding proper representations for the molecular profiles of the individual cells.

My colleagues and I are creating multiple single-cell atlas of mouse and human.
